Birth and babies are what I’m best known for. For more than a decade, I specialized in birth photography and was one of the first photographers in Western Pennsylvania to combine professional birth photography with doula support.


As a trained doula and award-winning, published birth photographer, I’ve supported and photographed more than 100 births. My work has been featured in multiple media and photography outlets, and I’ve had the privilege of working with families in nearly every type of birth setting throughout the Pittsburgh area. I’ve photographed births multiple times at Magee-Women's Hospital, West Penn Hospital, The Midwife Center, AHN Wexford, Jefferson Hospital, Washington Hospital, and in homes throughout the Pittsburgh region. If you don't see your birthing facility on this list I probably still have been there, just not as frequent.


I know birth. I know how to anticipate the moments that matter, when to step in, and when to quietly document what is happening. My goal is to give you honest, emotional photographs of your birth and those first moments with your baby. I support all birth preferences and plans of expectant parents.
